Brock acts as lead counsel on all aspects of commercial and residential real-estate and corporate commercial transactions. Brock represents a broad range of clients, from local small businesses to large international corporations and pension funds.
Brock founded Rowland & Company in 2008 after practising with one of British Columbia’s most prestigious law firms in Vancouver for 25 years.
There, he was a partner for 17 years and headed the firm’s real estate department. He provides his clients, many of them long term, with practical, personalized and comprehensive legal advice.
He has written and presented papers and lectured in courses and seminars on commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
Brock was born and raised in Vancouver. He received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia in 1980 and his LLB also from UBC in 1983. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1984.
When not practising law, Brock enjoys spending time with his wife, Andre and their three children, Tessa, Fraser and Lucy. He also enjoys travelling, golfing and cycling.
